📦 Shipping Coverage

• We provide domestic shipping across India and international shipping to multiple countries.
• Shipping availability and timeline depend on destination, order size, and product type.

🚚 Shipping Charges

• Shipping, handling, and packaging charges are extra and will be calculated based on:
  • Product weight and volume
  • Delivery location
  • Mode of transport (Road / Sea Freight / Air Freight)
  • Special packaging requirements (if any)
• Final shipping cost will be mentioned in the client’s Proforma Invoice / Final Bill.

📅 Dispatch & Delivery Time

• Dispatch timelines depend on order volume, customization level, and production schedule.
• Estimated dispatch and delivery dates will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
• Delivery time may vary based on logistics partner performance, destination distance, and customs clearance (for export orders).

📦 Packaging

• All products are securely packed in export-quality  with proper padding and protective materials.
• Special care is taken for fragile or detailed carving products to prevent damage during transit.

🛑 Loading & Unloading Responsibilities

• Loading:
  NB Marble will handle material loading at our factory premises.
• Unloading:
  Material unloading at the delivery site is the full responsibility of the client.
  We recommend arranging adequate labor and equipment (like Crane/Hydra) for safe unloading.

🚨 Transit Damage Policy

• Once the product leaves our factory and is handed over to the transport agency, NB Marble is not responsible for any damage during transit.
• Transit insurance is strongly recommended.
  We can help clients arrange transit insurance on request.

🌍 For Export Orders

• All export shipments are subject to applicable customs duties, taxes, and port handling charges at destination country, payable by the client.
• NB Marble will provide necessary shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.) for customs clearance.

⚠️ Delays Beyond Our Control

• NB Marble is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
  • Transport strikes
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest or force majeure events
