Welcome to NB Marble. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.

1. Product Information

• All products are made from natural stones like Marble, Sandstone, and Granite, and hence variations in color, texture, veins, and patterns are natural characteristics, not defects.
• Product images shown in catalogs, website, and online listings are for reference only. Actual products may slightly differ.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Currency: All prices are quoted in INR or USD, depending on project and location.
• Payment Schedule:
  • 50% Advance Deposit: Payable at the time of order booking.
  • 25% Before Dispatch: Payable when the product is ready for dispatch from our factory.
  • 25% During Installation / Final Delivery: Payable at the time of final delivery or during on site installation (if applicable).
• GST Terms:
  18% GST will be applicable on the final billing amount, as per Indian Government taxation rules.
• Payment Method Compliance:
  The client must strictly follow the agreed payment schedule and payment method as mentioned in the invoice and agreement.
• Accepted payment modes: Bank Transfer / RTGS / NEFT / UPI / Cash (as per applicable laws).

3. Production Time

• Production time will depend on order volume, customization level, and product type.
• An estimated delivery schedule will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India and globally.
• Shipping, packing, loading charges, taxes, and duties (if applicable) are additional and will be clearly mentioned in the final quotation or proforma invoice.
• Material Loading:
  Material loading at NB Marble factory is done by the vendor (our team).
• Material Unloading:
  Material unloading at the client site is the full responsibility of the client.
• NB Marble is not liable for any damages during transit handled by third-party logistics.

5. Packaging

• All products are packed using export-quality with appropriate protective material.
• Special packaging requests may incur additional charges.

6. Installation Terms (If Applicable)

For installation projects executed by NB Marble’s team, the following conditions apply:

• Accommodation:
  Good condition rooms for the entire installation team for the full duration of installation.
• Food:
  Daily meals and drinking water for the installation team.
• Materials & On Site Support:
  • Black Cement
  • White Cement
  • Stone Dust / Sand
  • Stone Fixing Chemicals (as specified)
  • Water Supply
  • Electricity and Power Connection
  • Conjunction Boards / Electric Extension Boards
• Scaffolding & Safety (If Required):
  • Bamboo / Iron Scaffolding
  • Drums, Planks, Safety Equipment
• Lifting Equipment (If Required):
  • Crane / Hydra / Lifting services
• Civil Work (To be Done by Client):
  • RCC Foundation, PCC Work, and all required civil work for the installation area.
• Any delay due to non-availability of site readiness or resources may result in extra labor or holding charges.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders once confirmed and under production cannot be canceled or refunded.
• If canceled before production begins, any advance payment may be refunded after deducting administrative and material handling charges, at NB Marble’s sole discretion.

8. Custom Orders

• Customized projects will include drawings / designs for client approval before production.
• Any changes after production starts may result in extra charges and revised delivery timelines.

9. Inspection & Acceptance

• Clients may inspect the products at NB Marble’s factory before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, all products are considered approved and accepted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Other Terms

• The client must strictly follow the agreed payment terms and schedule.
• Material loading at our factory will be handled by NB Marble.
• Material unloading at the client site is the sole responsibility of the client.
